This frat has really changed from when I first saw them a few years back, and not in a positive way. the classiness of the men here has gone down, there is consist yelling and drinking to the point of conflict. I go there with some friends and often we all leave disappointed. I also hear a lot of rumors from brother to brothers wish them the best tho

Amazing party vibes, love that it’s in a cool house on the main floor instead of sweaty basement. All the members are super social and nice. I always feel safe at their parties.
