what are the real sorority rankings here?

Both have a Big 3(first two listed are tied for both) and the Academic frats & sororities were not listed because they are more like clubs.

Sororities:
Top- Delphi, Sib, Sig Sig
Dorian is caught up in between Top & Middle
Middle-Alpha Gamma Phi, Kapppa Delta Chi
Lower- Everyone else

Fraternities:
Top- Emmy, Frater, Cosmo
Middle-Phi Sig, Arcadian, Centurion, <- these 3 have the best party houses/parties
Lower-Knicks

Frat Party Houses (These are NOT the on campus cottages):
