fiji getting aepis house

Let's just clear up any misconceptions. Is Fiji getting Aepis house or not?

FIJI is bottom tier by everyone's standards. They literally have nothing to offer to rushees than possibly getting AEPis house next year or sometime in the near future. Unless you have read the contract and know it, then there's no way you can say they FIJI can break it if AEPi currently holds it. There's a reason it's a legally binding contract, they aren't easily broken without a good lawyer and a ton of cash. Don't get me wrong, I've got friends in FIJI and they're great guys, but they aren't getting that house any time soon.
