how did beta even come back?
by: ConfusionI thought they were like DISBANNED by like nationals, like literally could never ever come back. How the hell did they manage to come back and still take back their house with like 2 dweebs?

Beta got a full reset by the school which means they were not an active fraternity for the length of their punishment. Historically, Beta is a good fraternity at Oregon and their nationals loves them. They also own that house so they kick out whoever lives in there so they can recolonize faster. It's easier to recruit with a nice house.

Culture of a house is tough to break. Pretty sure they will opt for being irresponsible again to get numbers

Ummm... if there’s only 5 of you and you aren’t throwing parties, you have a long way to go. The “culture” you speak of is gone. There’s a reason that even if it’s the same letters, frats can vary widely depending on the campus.

Lambda is building now. And beta hasnt taken anything back yet. They are too small
