Not really. Frats throw Halloween themed parties and that’s really it. Some of those parties might be the weekend before/after Halloween, and some even on the day of it (weekday). There’s plenty to attend to.

Halloween is also usually parents weekend, homecoming and home football game. Tons going on.

Yeah no. This school has a terrible Halloween scene/parties. Most people go up to Corvegas for Halloween, it’s absolutely lit up there. Sucks they’re Beavers, though haha

Oregon State’s party scene sucks. They all have to end by midnight and most houses there are dry now

None of them actually end at midnight, and no most houses are not dry. Oregon State definitely has a much better Greek life. I mean UO is so restrictive, there’s not even formal summer rush

Maybe 3-4 years ago, but the scene has changed. Corvallis PD is far stricter with MIPs, noise violations, etc. Everyone I know that’s in Greek life stayed in Eugene for Halloween

Sadly, Oregon State has a better overall Greek Life. Their houses are more nationally recognized (Lambda and SigEp), and have a lot less restrictions and more fun. Their houses are usually nicer as well.
