Lets talk about how FIJI is taking AEPi's house??? (fall '14)

They aren't taking the house. My roommate is an AEPi, they just resigned the lease... and Fiji doesn't have enough members to even fill the house... because they blow.

Just bidder 33 this term, which puts us over 90. We also toured the house this week, own the house, and our immediate graduate advisor manages the property. We'll be in there September 1st

Can't wait for fall 14 to roll around and see how bummed everyone is that a great frat has gotten to keep their house

Do you mean great frat as in Fiji gets to keep the house? or Aepi gets to keep the house....because the landlord is a Fiji alum and Fiji lived there before they got kicked off....so Fiji technically already owns the house.
