I believe a bunch of houses are doing COB so reach out to your friends in the chapters or even contact the membership VPs. It’s such a fun process that I’m sure you’ll enjoy. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you find your forever home!

Very few houses are at quota and TriDelt especially had less than 30 new members from recruitment. I have to imagine they are doing COB,

is 30 a small amount for a pledge class? how many are there typically

30 is small, this year the average was 40 and last year it was 55. Its based on how many girls go through receruitment. If houses pledged less than 38 or 40 than girls have either already dropped or did not accept bids.

I was dropped by these houses with low numbers. I don't understand it, why did they cut so many girls just to end up short. I'm not a weirdo. I'm outgoing, 4.0 GPA, leadership activities, sports and I'm attractive. So confused.

Same! I don't get it at all. Are they so bad at forecasting their numbers? I was dropped by these houses, too, and then invited back to a few. Makes no sense. It's really difficult to be on a roller coaster like that - I wish the houses understood that.

Here's what we know so far: GPhi, Sigma Kappa, Theta, AXO, Tri Delt. Lots of girls dropped fall term because they felt that they didn't fit in, like the house, or price was too much.

If you have accepted a bid to a house but was only s new member for a week and dropped before any kind of initiation or new member events could you attend these cob events? Dropped due to family issues at the time

Mmm if you accepted a bid you have to wait a year. Email panhellenic, you may be able to get out of this because you had a special circumstance, but it's unlikely.
