whats wrong with gamma phi and theta?

I keep seeing gphi and theta ranked low in nearly everything...what's so great about these houses then and why do girls join them if they're so low? Why are they ranked so low?

Very few women actually care about rankings. When it comes to recruitment most PNM are sticking with the houses where they can see themselves due to a number of factors. What's great for one may not be for another. This site may make rankings sound more consequential than they actually are

This is 100% accurrate at many parties and formals you will see girls from lots of different houses at the same events.
