Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 5.0 First off, that rumor gets started every year and hasn't happened yet...yes, we know theta chi owns it, but they haven't had the numbers to fill it etc. Second, Lambda owns another house that is rented to another fraternity. If theta chi does move back, then lambda takes their own house back. Same old house shuffling that happens every year here.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 1.6 yikes.. painfully obvious there's a ton of self rating once you're at like 170 rates, and you're well over 210.. everyone knows you're a bottom-middle house with a history.. theres only so much you can hide when it made national news
