Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 3.9 Very popular and social with some cool guys but also known to be douchey and kinda in love with themselves. At death's door with UO administration so they're a risk to join. Building a new house which should be cool.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 5.0 DEFINITELY the top house but because of that they are the most selective and doubt if they bid more than 10% of rushers so definitely have a backup plan. After Lambda I would say SAE would be a goodbye backup, after SAE there is a HUGE drop off.
