Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 3.8 They've had trouble adding numbers but are still holding onto the good rep they've had in the past. Their honestly really cool but unless they add more guys in their pledge classes they are going to start to become a little irrelevant and slip down into solid middle tier.
