Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 4.4 They are definitely up and coming since they have only been at Oregon for 5 years and the majority of chapter positions are held by sophomores and freshmen. The younger classes are going to define this frat and expect them to be a top house on campus in a couple of years.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 1.8 If we could stop referring to sigma pi as "up and coming" that'd be great...they've been around for a minute and have a house unlike legitimately up and coming chapters (kappa sig, sig nu). they have an established reputation and honestly it's not a good one. also the comment about them being "damn hot" was clearly self ranking.
