Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 3.6 This chapter has done a lot in just a few years. They've grown in size won fraternity president of the year and outstanding chapter officer last year. They just got a house, but they are still working to make a major mark on campus. They define on the rise.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 1.4 These are basically all the GDI's that got approached to start a new "upcoming fraternity with great benefits". They are all a bunch of dweebs and do absolutely nothing social wise. They may have a house, but they shouldn't even be called a fraternity.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 2.8 Pi Kapp is definitely on the rise at UO. But being so new, it's hard to put them above the middle. Most guys are not that cute but they are involved. If you were to invest in a frat this would be one of the ones. But for right now, very average fraternity.
