Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 4.6 Phi Psi are great! They have the hottest pledge class this year and and as we all saw in the past couple weeks, they party the hardest. These guys are always gentlemen (one walked me home from a party late at night when I asked him to) and I'm surprised they aren't ranked higher.

I was at their party and they had wine bags...everyone making rude comments are just guys from other houses trying to hop on the phi psi hate train because they're scared of them.
