Lambdas had to rent their houses and both kicked Lambdas to the streets the past couple of years. Lambdas have been telling everyone the past five years that they are building a new house. I’m graduating this year and won’t ever see their “new house” lol

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 1.0 This is definitely one of the weaker Lambda Chi chapters I’ve seen. ATO and Kappa Sig has jumped this middle tier fraternity. If I had to describe this fraternity in 1 word, it’d be greasy.
