Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 2.6 These guys are a non-secret fraternity, so are they really a true fraternity? I don't think so. They also let anyone in with a high enough gpa. They do seem like a good group of guys, and are growing rapidly. Hopefully good things will come from their presence at the UO.
