Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 1.8 Handfull of nice, interesting and cute guys. The rest are weird, socially awkward, and not fun to be around. Most are respectful, but some of their guys creep real hard on girls at their parties.
