These guys are really nice, and their pledge class this fall was hot...really hot. At least some of them. Sororities like to function with them, obviously they're not top tier but honestly if they got a house they might have a shot, they're really fun guys

This house is fun...the guys are fun. Totally the stoner frat of campus but hahahaha who cares. They aren't really very involved with anything outside their house and you won't see them around that often, but really it seems like they are all best friends and have a great family of brothers in that house. The guys aren't the cutest but they are sooo entertaining so it makes up for it. They are also incredibly welcoming to everyone who wants to come to a party, which is so rare these days

Girls love Delts...sorry bout it. DTD parties are really popular and talked about a lot by all the girls I know, yeah sure not all the guys are spectacular but two initials: JR (we all know what that means). Delts actually are the most well-rounded, they are smart and nice and a lot of them are good-looking. Not only do I like partying with them and have a bunch of friends in the house, but I respect them. There are a few weirdos but those are overshadowed by all the other great guys.

A lot of girls get called back to aphi or dg and pick tri delta. These are down to earth, cute, involved girls. Personally I really like hanging out with them. I always see them sitting together in class or going out in big groups. They're not all tens but probably because they focus more on personality than other houses.
