Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Old Dominion University - ODU 3.8 Alpha Phi has done a complete 180 from last year because I didn't like Alpha Phi last year because I thought these girls were rude and stuck up. Every Alpha Phi that I meet this year are so nice and sweet. I hope this trend continues for them.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Old Dominion University - ODU 4.8 I think their Fall 15' pledges are very different from years past but I think Aphi is trying to change it up which is cool. I've met some of the pledges and they are genuinely pretty girls inside and out.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Old Dominion University - ODU 3.8 Easily top tier due to looks alone. They have always been top tier and most selective because of this. They are good at recruitment but it is a bit of an act. Their sisterhood is decent, I hear there's some drama here and there but that's just like every sorority. Some are really sweet, but a large majority are the type of girls who only associate with other people that they think are on their level. So they aren't very warm and friendly to those who aren't in their circle of friends.
