Kappa Delta Rho - ΚΔΡ Fraternity at Old Dominion University - ODU 2.2 I would rank KDR middle tier if they will stay the hell away from the rats of Sigma Nu because they are sinking to the sewer with them. They should try to do stuff with Sigma Pi and FIJI so they can come out of this hole. Until then they are bottom tier.
