Yes and no. They have a lifetime ban.

Yes Pi Kappa Alpha was kicked out of this campus 4 years ago and according to University officials they are permanently banned from this campus and therefore will never be allowed to recolonize.

They received a "lifetime" ban which means 100 years. Think of the prison system where a life sentence is 100 years
