Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 4.0 Real nice dudes, all the members are real close with eachother and the parties are lit,sometimes at small venues though. They can't rush this semester or promote the frat/show the letters which really sucks but next semester there coming back nicely. The house is average being 3 floors.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 2.2 Girls should not be afraid to go to parties or inside houses to look for a friend or to have a good time, but SAE makes you afraid. All the nice guys go into that chapter and turn into jerks. Very sad.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 5.0 Top social house on campus. The guys are super fun and not weird like a lot of the other houses. The house could be cleaner but it's what I expect from a frat house.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 4.2 Although they do not have the best physical "house" they seem to have one of the best brotherhoods on campus. They are also all very very good looking and very social. I have a great time every weekend that I'm there because they know how to throw a party. It's not awkward like in other frats I've been to where it's like a middle school dance and the guys and girls don't talk. Definitely one of the top houses.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 2.8 If you can imagine all the scummy kids put into one group, that's exactly what this frat is. As you can see by their house it's disgusting. The kids here are wanabe frat stars but get their bids as if it was a Halloween night and getting free candy all day. They become members within 2 days which sounds kinda fishy... Maybe they just need members and money for a new house.
