Hit or miss with the guys in this house. Some are cool, pretty good looking guys with strong personalities. But the majority of the guys are not good looking, generally pot heads, get too drunk at parties or are just creepy/weird. House condition is poor, smells weird all the time (typical for fraternities, I know) but they take it too far. A pregame house at best. Me and my girlfriends used to go there, drink their booze, then go to some other house. Sorry, not sorry.

Great group of girls. I never hear anything bad about them and every time im out they always say hi and are very nice. No wonder why they won top house 3 years in a row

Delta Chi is one of the few houses on NIU's campus that treats people like human beings and doesn't disrespect women like houses such as SAE, TKEs, and Phi Sigs do. They are responsible but fun and they know how to control themselves and their events as well as conduct themselves as gentlemen. I hope to see DChi become an even more prominent house here on campus and make itself known to even more men who want to join a fraternity of true and honorable character.

I got the chance to go DZ and I think I should have taken it. Biggest factor that PNM's should take into consideration is the huge cost, I think DZ and DG are the most expensive. However, they both have a lot of recognition nationally. I think in the fall I'm gonna try and be a DZ!! Girls are cute, and they seem about their sisterhood.

I think the DG girls are probably the most involved on campus. They're not the hottest on campus, but in return they have some genuinely amazing girls & good sisterhood. The house is okay, and I heard it's one of the most expensive to live in but I could be wrong. But they seem to be really close with each other, and decently open to hanging with GDI's. Definitely on the rise.
