Middle tier house, the only reason they even get middle tier is because of the fact that they have a house on greek row. But they are getting kicked out of it in 5 months. So more than likely this joke of a frat will drop to bottom tier.

Top tier, they are pretty active on campus. And they throw some good parties and hold some strong positions of power. Sig Chi. And KA definitely top tier houses. Just as long as they dont start giving bids to g@ys.

These guys were really nice every time I met them prior to this year. They now think that because they have a house that somehow they are top tier. They act completely different now?.Too snooty and rude, and definitely noting special about them. Not Impressed guys?
