Looking at Greek ranks, and this rating was least accurate out of them all. This frat is definitely not top over sigma chi or theta chi. Their brotherhood is great and are involved on campus but is not top at all. Not my ideal top frat, and they have a lot of real fruity guys

Skulls are a joke, knock on the door you get a bid. Their chapter is about to be a 25 man chapter because they got in trouble with UNT. Lucky to be a chapter at all. Their parties consist of mid/low tier sororities and their house is hella dirty.
