Definitely know how to have a good time but are kind of a holes towards everyone they don’t like. Very selective of their people and have a reputation for one or more questionable reasons.

Some very sweet guys but are permanently on dry and host just about nothing. Great house but they keep mostly to the people they know and seem secluded from much of the row.

Great frat, extremely friendly very social. Highest gpa among all frats for 5 semesters running. They win nearly every intramural sport they play. And there’s always people there doing something . For sure top house at UNT
