They can change in a semester if something big happens, but generally it's a long term process of improving or declining. Pledge class and placing in competitions can have a big impact. So can getting in trouble.
Sometimes it's blurry whose top and who is middle or bottom tier depending on what aspect of Greek life you're talking about. All the chapters have bright spots and things to improve on.

Uhhhhh KD is top? Nice try, they don't do anything aside from get wasted and hate on their sisters. And DG won chapter of the year this year at greek awards so bottom? Again, nice try. Your frats are messed up too lol get outta here with this.
