Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 5.0 If I went here I would definitely rush SAE. Their parties are always jam packed with babes and they seem like really cool outgoing guys. That one house they call the compound is the closest thing I've seen to a real frat house at UNF.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 4.8 Coming from a girl who's known around Greek life, SAE has had the most/most fun parties this year. And by far the best formal/semi-formals! On the downside they could participate in mine and other soririties philanthrophys a little more!

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 5.0 Everyone knows that by the end of the night all the girls end up at SAE. They are a sort of diverse group of guys that stay true to their creed. When they all come together it's easy to see why they are the on top. Best off campus houses, parties always on fleek, and girls are always thirsty for these bros.

Try we're the obscure, kinda dorky, try-hardish kids in highschool who now try to seem like they are important because they made it into the one of the top three frats when there's only like 8 all together at UNF and only about two of them matter. These guys will be the first ones to realize how little they have to offer two years out of college.

You can see the love from one another in their eyes, they genuinely care about each other. If only they could participate more they would definitely win chapter of the year.
