Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity Ratings at UNF

The only thing holding these guys back from being a top tier fraternity is their size. Despite only having like 13 members 2 years ago, their last couple pledge classes have some of the most fun, genuine, and attractive guys at UNF. Theyre parties are always super hype, they win just about every Greek event, and always fun to be around :)

These guys are some of the Nicest sweetest guys.

They're last 2 pledge classes have definitely skyrocketed the fraternity into top mid-tier alone. Most brothers are attractive and fun and their house is great for parties. They won our philanthropy week and I heard a couple others also so they do well despite not having the highest numbers. Very cool guys that do their own thing and are on their way up with a few more semesters

Okay so these guys have not been top notch by any means. I think they only have like 13 brothers 2 years ago? Anyway their numbers have increased. Not only this but they have won like 2 or 3 sorority philanthropy weeks this semester alone. Keep in mind that is 3/5 of sororities on campus. Definitely on their way up!

Bottom tier. Boys are immature. Kind of creepy. Girls just go to their parties to pregame and leave before going to a better frats party.

These guys live and die by their parties, the only thing is they don't throw great parties. A lot of girls think they're rude or creepy and they aren't involved at unf other than like 3 brothers. They built up some momentum last year but threw it away. They show up to sorority philanthropies in onesie pajamas thinking they are funny but its sad. Hopefully these guys realize they really aren't that great and do more to make people other than the same 5 girls like them.
