what's up with phi delt this year?

So now that they're supposedly back are they legit or are we gonna have another Pi Phi?

Even though they can't throw parties at their chapter house I believe they will be back stronger than before. Met a couple of their guys and felt the sense of solid brotherhood and saw alot of positive things they are going to bring to the community. Can't wait to get to know these guys!
