Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Dakota - UND 3.6 i disagree with the "rape vibe" they are exclusive with their parties, but thats just their risk management. Going there is safe because of it. Personally, I have only ever had fun there.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Dakota - UND 4.2 Went there last weekend and had a great night. Definitely have to know someone to get in, but every guy I've met so far is at least nice. The girls there didn't seem to be creeped out. If looking to rush I would at least stop by this house.
