All they are is living on parents money. Do you guys think that makes you a top frat? Do you think because you have a nice house it makes you a top frat? Not at all. Freshman girls are the only ones that come to your parties.Everyone else grew up and learned.They arent even that nice.I mean totally average middle tier frat. Not the worst, def not the best.
