Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 4.6 These guys are definitely on the rise. Their new guys are so cute! We just had a mixer with them and they're like the only fraternity that actually talks to us at the mixers...Keep it up guys!
