Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 4.5 This is a real ranking of phi delt! The guys are really cool! They have a really nice house that's off campus which makes them a little more exclusive but tons of fun! They are very classy and most of them are very good looking; if you ladies are like me, you'd want to date one!!
