They have good parties and are not as creepy as a lot of the other fraternities on campus. Also they are one of the only ones with a real house.

Theta is new, so its lack of popularity is somewhat understandable. However, these girls got all the leftovers during rush. Don't worry, if you got cut from the other sororities you definitely had a chance at Theta. The girls are very awkward, extremely weird, and have absolutely no social skills. Most of them seem to hate each other or not know each other at all. They try way too hard and don't seem to care about anything on campus.

The definition of a new chapter. I've never heard of anyone mixing with them, and as of now they're bottom tier which is understandable since they're so new. They were very awkward during rush

This chapter is always a good time and fun to mix with. I've never met a DZ that wasn't friendly, but they could be more involved on campus.
