Theta is only bottom tier because they are so new on campus. All the thetas I have met are really great girls. They just don't really mix often because they are so new and have a reputation as the unattractive sorority. They will be better in a few years

Graduated from a different fraternity at state and I have a lot of respect for these guys simply because they recruit quality versus quantity unlike (sigma nu, Lamba chi, sig ep, chi psi, tke,) Some are so bad you could literally wear a vineyard vines polo to a rush party and instantaneously obtain a bid. KA might be small but you know that every guy was hand picked into that fraternity like the old alpha sig, zeta psi, pike, kappa sig chapters and that is honestly what makes a good fraternity.

Sweet girls who seem to really like their sisters. They have their fair share of hot girls but there are definitely a few that are below average but every sorority has a few girls that don't quite fit the look. Haven't met one that doesn't know how to party
