Theyre a solid middle tier fraternity dont get me wrong theyre an alright bunch but their house next year is an office building without good party space ive been in it a bunch when it was EKs house, its not an ideal frat house plus living next to chi o will, by proximity, get them more involved which a mediocre sorority which will hurt them. Filled with guys that never got bids to dsig/sigma chi/KA so they took sigma pi as a back up. Theyre still better than most though. Ide say 5-6ish
