Now that pkp, theta chi, ato, fiji are dead, phi delt will be the central location for all pi phis chi os and thetas which is not something to be proud of. Being far away from other sororities hurts them, because they dont have the reputation like sigma chi or delta sig to be isolated and do well. They have the numbers and potential to be better but living near an area that is becoming less college friendly will kill them like it did to sigma pi

ive met a lot of guys and they might be weird but theyre all very nice down to earth kids sure theyre super involved in being frat 24/7 but i mean thats their thing other guys make fun of them for it but the easy solution would be if you dont like it dont join them...

Even when they had a house on greek court surrounded by sororities they still sucked, they are weird around girls, dont really know how to have a party and never have. Why join a fraternity that consistently struggles to get it right? Honestly, the best thing for them would be to wipe the record and start clean with all new guys if they ever want a remote chance at coming back.
