Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse),, California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) I expected to see them ranked better at State.

I'd say DZ is top with DG and ZTA. They're really social/party/hot girls. I'd say their sisterhood is pretty average and their pretty popular. They party a lot so idk how great their grades are but does that really matter
