Beta Theta Pi is new but has made large leaps to move up the ranking. They have the Student Body President, who is one of the nicest people ever. the have a bunch of Park Scholars and are typically top of the GPA list. Many are very attractive and they are getting better with each pledge class, which is about 10-15 each class. Although they do not have a house on Greek Court, many frats don't. They, like other frats have, many houses around Raleigh with decent parties.
