They dont have the budget, number or house to be a true top tier fraternity. Honestly nor does sig chi either, both of their housing situations are decent for what theyve got to work with, but not what youd expect from an actual "top tier" fraternity. KA is like a high quality mid tier fraternity.

Watching from the outside KA is a good fraternity definitely better than most at state. Those that say this fraternity is number one are lying. They do not have a house to have fun in or money to throw legit parties. The one party of theirs that people remember was at delta sig and run mainly by delta sig. Great guys that like to have fun but do not live up to all the hype.

Sigma Kappas are and will always be top tier. They consistently recruit hot girls and are the most diverse in terms of style and personality. Had a pretty rough year and aren't involved in much but they started to clean up their act, (surprisingly) winning Derby Days.

The type of sorority that parks the white range rovers/jeeps/bmw's out front during rush...obsessed with outward appearance which shows in the way they treat each other. very superficial
