Sincerely: DG is also in the Top tier with Zeta. Like Zeta, they have a house full of gorgeous albeit slightly less conformist girls. They seem to keep pretty high standards but manage to still be very social. They seem to have an above average sisterhood and keep a high profile campus presence. Their downfall is that they aren't humble and need to invest more effort into bettering the community rather than celebrating themselves.

This is straight talk, take it for what it's worth: Zeta is Top tier. Most unaffliated will say the same. They are gorgeous and a seemingly upstanding house that has a good reputation and are active on campus. The one issue that plagues Zeta is their sisterhood: there's not as tight of a bond as there should be and because of that drama too many girls drop.

A lot on this site is complete BS so I am going to be very constructive: DZ was the top sorority here a few years ago but because of in house squabbling & politics their recruitment took a back seat & the past couple of pledge classes have been not up to their previous standards. They got an undesirable reputation. DZ also has lost much of their campus presence. If this house ever wants to rise back up from Middle tier they need to focus on raising themselves not belittling other houses.
