They shouldn't even be a frat, here's why: Their parties suck, they keep too many lights on, let ratchets in, let ANY boy in, the guy to girl ratio is a sausage fest. They never have enough to drink and they never have pledges to drive. Their house is DISGUSTING, I'm surprised they can get girls to go in there. They're just a bunch of weird guys together and they do weird things. Not gentleman at all and they need some serious work and some serious help.

Oldest fraternity at campus, largest house on campus, and easily some of the best parties on campus. Don't know what's with all the hate, probably mad about their good alumni funding. 4/5

The sisterhood is great! I'm really impressed with their new house and how well it's kept. They definitely are passing Sig Ep in sorority of the year.

Now that they're off probation they're throwing some great parties. Jealous of all the mixers they have planned. Will be back to top tier very soon. Their pledge class looks great too.
