Truth be told only about a quarter of the guys in this fraternity are cool. During rush there were only about 30 guys downstairs yet they have a 90 person chapter. They hid all the weirdos so nobody would talk to them and get turned off. Worst brotherhood in all of greek life. They act like a sorority and are complete try hards. As stated below they have a house and that's it.

Their parties and mixers are just not that fun. Most of the guys can't hold decent conversations which is a huge turnoff. Plus a few of the guys in their new pledge class are creeps.

These guys are nobodies and irrelevant just like they were in the previous years. They rushed hard this semester and good for y'all for getting a decent pledge class, but it doesn't look so good when a quarter of the guys have already dropped.

Only ranking them so hard to bring them down to where they should be. They're obviously not a top tier here at state and most of their ranks are self ranks, as you can easily tell. The guys are a hit or miss because they bid everybody just like Sigma Nu does. Focus on quality over quantity guys and you'll get better over time. For now, y'all are still middle tier.

They have fun parties every weekend and always go all out for our mixers with them. Like the commenter below, don't know why there's so much hate.
