rushing as a sophomore

I'm thinking of transferring to NYU and was wondering what it is like to rush as a Sophomore. Is it harder to be accepted into sororities?

Almost everyone in my pledge class was a sophomore when we went through recruitment! It's more common at NYU to go through recruitment as a sophomore actually!

I joined my sorority as a freshman but there were sophomores, some juniors, and even a couple seniors in my pledge class. Being a sophomore won't make it difficult to join most of the sororities although I've heard of a few that like taking only freshman. Although college year and transferring came up in conversation last year when I was recruiting, it wasn't even mentioned in my chapter's decision making process.
