All this talk ab racism and bias during recruitment is making me question my role in Greek life. As a black woman who is new, I honestly feel like I was chosen as a poster child for tokenism and feel very unsafe. Who else is feeling the same way?

yeah i'm pretty conflicted, i feel like i'm reached out to less than the other girls and everyone is already making their groups and i'm feeling excluded and i think it has to do with my skin color and size
