It’s worth reaching out to sororities and asking. These specific sororities you mentioned recruited very strongly in the fall so it is unlikely they would need or want additional members in the spring.
As mentioned in previous posts, it is likely DG, Pi Phi, and AST recruiting in the spring, with DPhiE, Zeta, Kappa, and AEPhi only in the fall

this year i've heard that dphie/kkg/aephi had smaller pledge classes than usual, there's a chance that one or two of them might do spring recruitment. pi phi and zeta both got very strong pledge classes so there's almost 0 chance they'll do spring. dg and ast are almost guaranteed to do spring tho.
