Pi Phi is extremely involved in the community (NYDM and Panhel are great examples), and they host a lot of creative events for themselves and the community as well. They don’t recruit based on looks, which is authentic and approachable. But, they have the national recognition and even a couple big name girls who make good impressions on campus going for them. They go out/mix but obviously not with frats who are pretty exclusive. They’re nice, smart, involved, and just dope girls.

I love Pi Phi's involvement in Panhel! Arrowjam is always fun and they do a good job fundraising for NYDM. Their sisterhood is strong but they have lost popularity recently because they're awkward to mix with and their parties aren't as fun. Their newest pledge class isn't great so they may even need to participate in informal recruitment this year.
