Interesting case for sure. These guys aren't frat. But some are respectable. I mean yeah they spend too much time lifting dumbells in the gym instead of moving weight in the street, but they're alright. Their house is solid. Granted they rent it out, but still solid. They're average, but I'd still say that at least half of their chapter are just disguised Geeds.

As a girl, It is one of the only houses that I can feel completely comfortable in. They are definitely the nicest and most inviting group of guys on campus. Some of the sweetest gentleman I've met. And I've had so much fun at their house! They always have a theme to their parties and I think it's so cute the way they get pumped up for them. Can't wait for more SAE.

The Kappa Deltas are a great group of girls. They are always friendly and kind to others. I am friends with quite a few of them, and they are all wonderful. They are very involved on campus and very supportive of other Greek organizations!

These guys are on the up and up. They are fun, down to earth guys, who actually care about you and want to make sure you have a fun time. They may not be Sig Ep or Delt, but they have good parties, good sorority relations, hot and are one of the only frats with a legitimate house. Look for SAE in the future. They will be top tier soon.
