which frats?

I’m an incoming freshman who is wanting to rush for frats. I’m wanting to try and find one that does good with campus involvement and brotherhood, but also will still party some too. What Fraternities should I look at rushing for?

To be honest with you I would normally say this but Delta Chi, SigEp or theta chi are the best overall
